Scoop up your loot at our brick-and-mortar location on Congress Street free of charge! Orders will be held for up to two weeks, at which point the items will be released back into our inventory. Your payment method will be refunded, minus a 20% fee. Please note that in-store pickup orders are subject to our In-Store Return Policy.
We understand the limitations of online shopping and want you to be thrilled about all of your Étaín purchases. With this in mind, we have modified our in-store return policy to better suit the needs of our online customers.
We are able to issue a full refund for returns initiated within 15 days of the original ship date and received by us within 30 days of the original ship date. Please contact us via phone or e-mail in order to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping. (Please note: Our shipping envelopes are reusable!)
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please ship all returns to:

Items purchased or picked up at our location on Congress Street can be exchanged for store credit only* within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please provide the transaction number listed on your receipt OR the customer name associated with the purchase, if applicable (another great reason to keep your info on-file!).
